Join the Google Group, tap Become a tester at the opt-in link, then install SolidForge from Play. Open it daily: do the check-in, chat with the Forge, and explore the Road, Body, and Money tabs. Send bugs or feedback through the in-app Feedback button. Safety Net is in test mode, so no real texts are sent.
