Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do on TestersWiz: listing and testing apps, messaging, posting, and using the security tools. The Community Guidelines explain the spirit of these rules in plainer terms.

1. Honest testing

You must not:

  • submit fake, edited, reused or someone else's screenshots, or claim participation that did not happen;
  • run more than one account, share an account, or use emulators or automation to test;
  • collude with other accounts, trade sham tests, or test your own app;
  • farm Wizbits, or buy, sell or offer to transfer Wizbits, seats, opt-ins or check-ins, on or off the platform;
  • offer or accept anything of value in exchange for installs, ratings or reviews on Google Play, or otherwise use TestersWiz to get around Google Play's policies.

2. Content

You must not list, upload, post or send anything that:

  • sexualises minors in any way. We remove it, close the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and other authorities as the law requires;
  • is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • is malware, spyware, or an app designed to deceive or harm its users;
  • infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans anyone, or attacks people for who they are;
  • contains another person's personal data without a lawful reason, including screenshots showing other people's messages or notifications;
  • impersonates a person or organisation, or misrepresents your affiliation;
  • is spam, phishing, or a link to anything of the above.

3. The security tools

The App Security Check, the Database Security Audit and the security track exist to help you secure your own apps. You must not:

  • submit an app, file, schema or configuration you do not own and are not authorised in writing by its owner to have analysed — including an app downloaded from an app store or mirror — or try to get round the checks we use to confirm which app a file is;
  • use a report, a finding or our instructions to find or exploit weaknesses in apps, servers or databases you do not own or have permission to test;
  • run the dynamic-testing tools the security track describes against any system you do not own or have written permission to test;
  • upload malware with intent to cause harm, or anything designed to attack, escape or extract data from our analysis environment;
  • paste passwords, API keys or other credentials, or rows of your customers' personal data;
  • resell reports as your own manual audit, remove their disclaimers, or present them as a penetration test or certification;
  • run scans in bulk or through automation, or use the tools to build a competing product or dataset, without our written permission.

4. Protecting the platform

You must not:

  • scrape the Service, or access it by automated means other than as we allow;
  • get around rate limits, bans, blocks or other restrictions;
  • probe, scan or test the Service's security except as our Security Policy allows;
  • interfere with or overload the Service, or access data that is not yours;
  • sell, transfer or lend your account, or use another person's;
  • use TestersWiz in breach of export control or sanctions laws, or if you are a person the Terms (section 22) say may not use it.

5. Reporting a breach of this policy

Use the report buttons in the product, or email [email protected] with where the content or behaviour is and why it breaks this policy. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA process. Security vulnerabilities go through the Security Policy.

6. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may remove or restrict content, refuse or delete a submission, revoke Wizbits, fail a trade, restrict features, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious and repeated the breach is. Where the law requires it, or there is a risk to someone's safety, we may preserve information and report it to the authorities.

A person makes every irreversible decision, we tell you what we did and why unless the law or a safety risk prevents it, and you can ask for it to be reviewed as the Moderation Policy describes.
